Richard’s career journey has been unorthodox. At 15 years old he started learning to cut hair and continued to do so throughout his college and university years. After university Richard entered the corporate tech world where he spent 14 years working for brands such as Motorola and Apple as a Regional Account Manager. During this period Richard went on to complete his Level 2 & 3 qualifications in barbering so that he could work with all hair types. In 2024 Richard left Apple to focus on fulfilling his dream of running a multicultural barbershop that serves the local community and beyond.

Neill is the definition of a ‘master barber’ with over 30 years barbering experience working with all hair types and capable to deliver any style requested by his clients. Neill is know for his outgoing and energetic personality as well as his passion for skilled barbering. As a master barber he has not only previously owned a barbershop but has trained numerous barbers from apprentices through to fully qualified barbers including our very own Lukas Kay-Hopkins.

Lukas has been a barber for 4 years, after initially doing his Level 2 training in barbering at LHAA he continued to be trained by our very own Neill Warden. He has fast become an excellent barber who has a real passion for the craft of barbering. Lukas possesses one of the standout traits of all great barbers being a desire and willingness to continue to learn. He’s built a diverse client base through delivering great haircuts across all hair types.
